Renewal
Renewal are a private landowner and developer who have had the vision and strategy to bring forward this significant scheme. Since presenting our original plans for the area in 2010, we have been committed to building ties with the local community, supporting community events in the area and in 2012 secured outline planning consent for New Bermondsey. Renewal are leading the project, one of London’s largest regenerations, that would enable the transformation of a 30 acre industrial site into a new, vibrant neighbourhood. Data collected will be used for consultation purposes only.
